community development in the Atacora department. With a professional degree in applied economics, he has mobilized his NGO Tibena to strengthen ties with local communities and build  expertise in managing social projects.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Since 2018, Olivier has actively participated in the &#8220;Useful Holidays Program,&#8221; an initiative that significantly influenced his journey through  2024. Through this program, he promoted  youth entrepreneurship, socio-professional integration, and  digital skills development.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">In 2024, he became the administrative and financial manager of Tibena NGO, playing a key role in the PiSSCA Project (Innovative Project of Civil Societies and Coalitions of Actors<em>)</em>. This initiative focuses on strengthening resilience and economic inclusion of women producers and processors of soy, shea, and maize in Cobly and Boukomb&#233;. Olivier contributed to the creation of  two local cooperatives and supported the training of 120 women in producing green charcoal and eco-friendly fire starters.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">His commitment is rooted in his experience within the school scouting movement, which  instilled in him a strong sense of service and community responsibility and a desire to contribute to the well-being of his community. As a supervisor and lead trainer, he has  mentored over one hundred young people in Atacora and Donga, consolidating his role as a mentor and catalyst for change.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Olivier envisions a  future where youth play a central role  in community development. His participation in the CSO Program-Cohort 2 of Stake experts  reflects this vision by equipping him with the skills and knowledge necessary to empower youth and foster their involvement in community development initiatives representing an opportunity for learning and professionalization to better serve his community by enhancing his ability to implement effective programs that engage youth in meaningful ways.<br><br><strong>TIBENA NGO: Actor of Peace and Community Development</strong></p><p style="text-align: justify;">Founded in 2019 and officially registered, Tibena NGO operates in the departments of Atacora (Cobly, Boukoumb&#233;, Mat&#233;ri) and Donga (Djougou, Ouak&#233;). Its mission is to strengthen the capacities of youth, women, and local communities to promote peace, social cohesion, and sustainable development.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Emerging from cultural initiatives organized during school holidays to highlight traditions and engage youth, Tibene now works across diverse areas, entrepreneurship, education, local governance, sustainable agriculture, culture, and environmental protection.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Among its notable actions in the PiSSCA Project, it has conducted awareness campaigns against violent extremism and terrorism, reaching more than 500 beneficiaries.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Structured around a board of Directors, an Executive Directorate, and volunteers, Tibena NGO adopts a participatory and digital approach to maximize impact. Olivier s&#8217;investit depuis 2018 dans le &#171;  Programme Vacances Utiles &#187;, une initiative qui a marqu&#233; son parcours jusqu&#8217;en 2024. &#192; travers ce programme, il a contribu&#233; &#224; l&#8217;&#233;veil entrepreneurial des jeunes, &#224; leur insertion socio-professionnelle et au renforcement de leurs comp&#233;tences num&#233;riques.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">En 2024, est devenu responsable administratif et financier de l&#8217;ONG Tibena et joue un r&#244;le cl&#233; dans le projet PiSSCA (Projet innovant des Soci&#233;t&#233;s Civiles et Coalitions d&#8217;Acteurs), ax&#233; sur le renforcement de la r&#233;silience et de l&#8217;inclusion &#233;conomique des femmes productrices et transformatrices de soja, de karit&#233; et de ma&#239;s dans les communes de Cobly et Boukomb&#233;. &#192; ce titre, il a particip&#233; &#224; la constitution &#224; la cr&#233;ation de deux coop&#233;ratives locales, tout en accompagnant la formation de 120 femmes &#224; la production de charbon vert et d&#8217;allume-feu &#233;cologique.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Son engagement trouve ses racines dans son exp&#233;rience au sein du mouvement du scoutisme scolaire, qui a renforc&#233; son sens du service et son d&#233;sir de contribuer &#224; l&#8217;&#233;panouissement de sa communaut&#233;. En tant que superviseur et formateur principal, il a form&#233; plus de cent jeunes dans l&#8217;Atacora et la Donga, consolidant ainsi son r&#244;le de mentor et de catalyseur de changement.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Olivier aspire &#224; un avenir meilleur avec une implication massive des jeunes dans le d&#233;veloppement de leur communaut&#233;. community development,  harnessing the transformative power of sport and education.  Holding a professional degree in English didactics, he integrates  pedagogy, civic engagement, and humanitarian action to empower young people and foster inclusive communities.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">As a football coach and active member of the Beninese Red Cross (Malanville local committee), Abdoul-Karim dedicates his  efforts to northern Benin&#8217;s most vulnerable areas, promoting peace, inclusion, and solidarity.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">His work reflects  three core passions: sport, education, and social action. He views football not only as a game but also as a  platform for discipline, mentorship , and the transmission of values such as respect, tolerance, and teamwork. His academic training further reinforced his conviction that education is a cornerstone of human development and conflict prevention.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">A defining milestone  in his journey was his participation in the Global Youth Dialogue, where he engaged with peers from conflict-affected regions. Inspired by their resilience and determination, he strengthened his belief that youth can be a powerful agent of peace and social transformation, even in fragile contexts.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Abdoul-Karim&#8217;s contributions  are multifaceted, combining sport, humanitarian action, and civic engagement to strengthen community resilience. As a football coach, he invests  deeply in training young players , emphasizing human values alongside athletic performance. He also leads humanitarian initiatives with the Red Cross, including awareness campaigns, solidarity actions, and community assistance. Beyond this, he actively participates in projects that foster dialogue, coexistence, and social cohesion among youth, while representing his community in national consultation frameworks.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Guided by values of dignity, solidarity, integrity, responsibility, and commitment, Abdoul-Karim champions dialogue, inclusion, and non-violence as foundations of lasting peace. He acts with humility and perseverance, convinced that change begins with leading by example.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">His vision is to nurture a responsible, engaged generation of youth who serve as agents of peace. He leverages sport, education, and community dialogue as strategic tools for social transformation, with long-term ambitions to design and coordinate structured initiatives for conflict prevention, social cohesion, and youth empowerment at local and regional levels. Currently, he is developing impactful sports programs, peace awareness initiatives, and strengthening his leadership skills. His participation in the CSO &#8211; Cohort 2 program of STAKE EXPERTS represents a strategic opportunity for learning, networking, and professional growth to better serve his community.<br><br><strong>AJECOP: Youth for Peace and Inclusion in Northern Benin</strong></p><p style="text-align: justify;">Founded in July 2024 in Malanville by a collective of committed young people, the Association of Youth for Peaceful Coexistence (AJECOP) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting peace, tolerance, and social cohesion in a context marked by tension. With youth at the center of its mission, AJECOP harnesses education and sport as levers of transformation, creating safe spaces for vulnerable children and young people to learn, dialogue, and express themselves.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Its initiatives include academic support for struggling students, solidarity actions for vulnerable families, intercommunity dialogue platforms that foster mutual understanding, and an inclusive football tournament bringing together boys and girls to promote</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Gender equality and reduce discrimination. AJECOP adopts a participatory and innovative approach, integrating digital tools for awareness and mobilization, while relying on a dynamic executive board, dedicated volunteers, and local partnerships to sustain its work.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">Despite challenges such as limited resources and sociocultural barriers, AJECOP aspires to become a structured and credible actor of social cohesion in northern Benin. Titulaire d&#8217;une licence professionnelle en didactique anglaise, il allie p&#233;dagogie, engagement citoyen et action humanitaire au service de la jeunesse. Encadrant de football et membre actif de la Croix-Rouge b&#233;ninoise (comit&#233; local de Malanville), il &#339;uvre particuli&#232;rement dans les zones sensibles du nord du B&#233;nin, o&#249; il s&#8217;emploie &#224; promouvoir la paix, l&#8217;inclusion et la solidarit&#233;.</p><p>Son engagement est n&#233; &#224; la crois&#233;e de trois passions : le sport, l&#8217;&#233;ducation et l&#8217;action sociale. Il consid&#232;re le football comme un puissant levier d&#8217;encadrement, de discipline et de transmission de valeurs telles que le respect, la tol&#233;rance et l&#8217;esprit d&#8217;&#233;quipe. Sa formation en didactique anglaise a renforc&#233; sa conviction que l&#8217;&#233;ducation constitue un pilier fondamental du d&#233;veloppement humain et de la pr&#233;vention des conflits.</p><p>Le v&#233;ritable tournant de son engagement citoyen fut sa participation au Dialogue mondial de la jeunesse. Cette exp&#233;rience d&#233;terminante lui a permis d&#8217;&#233;changer avec des jeunes issus de pays confront&#233;s &#224; des conflits majeurs. Marqu&#233; par leur r&#233;silience et leur d&#233;termination, il a consolid&#233; sa conviction que la jeunesse peut &#234;tre une motrice essentielle de paix et de transformation sociale, m&#234;me dans des contextes fragiles.</p><p>Ses principales contributions se manifestent &#224; travers plusieurs engagements compl&#233;mentaires. Il consacre une part importante de son &#233;nergie &#224; l&#8217;encadrement et &#224; la formation de jeunes footballeurs, en mettant autant l&#8217;accent sur les valeurs humaines que sur la performance sportive. Parall&#232;lement, il s&#8217;investit dans des actions humanitaires au sein de la Croix-Rouge b&#233;ninoise, notamment par des initiatives de sensibilisation, de solidarit&#233; et d&#8217;assistance communautaire. Sa participation au programme CSO &#8211; Cohorte 2 de STAKE EXPERTS, s&#8217;inscrit pleinement dans cette dynamique, repr&#233;sentant pour lui une opportunit&#233; strat&#233;gique d&#8217;apprentissage, de r&#233;seautage et de professionnalisation afin de mieux servir sa communaut&#233;.</p><p><strong>AJECOP : Jeunesse engag&#233;e pour la paix et l&#8217;inclusion au nord du B&#233;nin</strong></p><p>Fond&#233;e en juillet 2024 &#224; Malanville par un collectif de jeunes engag&#233;s, l&#8217;Association des Jeunes pour une Cohabitation Pacifique (AJECOP) est une organisation communautaire &#224; but non lucratif d&#233;di&#233;e &#224; la promotion de la paix, de la tol&#233;rance et du vivre-ensemble dans un contexte marqu&#233; par des tensions sociales. Pla&#231;ant la jeunesse au c&#339;ur de son action, elle mobilise l&#8217;&#233;ducation et le sport comme leviers de transformation sociale, en renfor&#231;ant la coh&#233;sion et l&#8217;inclusion des enfants et jeunes vuln&#233;rables &#224; travers des espaces s&#251;rs d&#8217;apprentissage, de dialogue et d&#8217;expression. community development. He holds a Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Modern Literature. As co-founder of the GBAMBA association and Monitoring &amp; Evaluation Officer since 2022, he has coordinated community resilience projects funded by USAID-OTI, notably focusing on training and equipping young people for cashew nut processing in Copargo.</p><p>His journey  has been deeply shaped by field experiences, particularly within the NGO <em>Havre de Paix</em>, where he contributed to projects on conflict prevention, combating gender-based violence, addressing early and forced marriage, and promoting children&#8217;s rights, with support from partners such as UNICEF, Canada, and the Kingdom of the Netherlands. He began as a mentor for adolescents before becoming a school facilitator.</p><p>Driven by his commitment, Florent was elected Youth Mayor of Copargo and represents young people at the Communal Observatory for Education (OCE-Copargo). He is also a member of the <em>Jeunes Amour et Vie</em> club, where he continues his work in youth empowerment.</p><p>He is currently developing a multidimensional approach to community development, built around several pillars: promoting peace and social cohesion through sports tournaments, creating a school of governance and public administration to train future leaders, recognizing young entrepreneurs through excellence awards, establishing platforms for peaceful dialogue in conflict management, and raising youth awareness against violent extremism through citizen marathons.</p><p>Florent aspires to become an influential actor in sustainable development, with the ambition of actively involving young people in concrete actions to fight underemployment and strengthen civic participation. He envisions a development model where every young person is a pillar of stability and progress for their community.</p><p>His participation in the second cohort of the <em>STAKE EXPERTS</em> professional exchange program is part of his ongoing effort to strengthen his capacities to effectively address issues related to community conflicts.</p><p><strong>GBAMBA, an Organization Committed to Social Cohesion and Prosperity</strong></p><p>Founded in February 2022 in Copargo, Donga, Benin, the GBAMBA Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to peace, social cohesion, and sustainable development. Its mission is to strengthen community resilience, particularly among young people and women, through  initiatives in education, conflict prevention, combating gender-based violence, and promoting sustainable agriculture.</p><p>Among its achievements are training young people in cashew nut processing and women in shea butter production, with the establishment of local processing units. GBAMBA prioritizes participatory and digital approaches to mobilize communities and enhance cooperation, relying on a structure composed of an executive office, a board of directors, and volunteers to pursue its vision of an environment of peaceful and prosperous communities. l&#8217;engagement citoyen et le d&#233;veloppement communautaire, titulaire d&#8217;une Licence en Lettres Modernes. Cofondateur de l&#8217;association GBAMBA et responsable du suivi-&#233;valuation depuis 2022, il a coordonn&#233; des projets de r&#233;silience communautaire financ&#233;s par l&#8217;USAID-OTI, notamment sur la formation et l&#8217;&#233;quipement des jeunes pour la transformation des noix de cajou &#224; Copargo.</p><p>Son parcours est profond&#233;ment marqu&#233; par ses exp&#233;riences de terrain, en particulier au sein de l&#8217;ONG Havre de Paix, o&#249; il a contribu&#233; &#224; des projets de pr&#233;vention des conflits, de lutte contre les violences bas&#233;es sur le genre, du mariage pr&#233;coce et forc&#233;, ainsi que de promotion des droits des enfants, avec l&#8217;appui de partenaires tels que l&#8217;UNICEF, le Canada et le Royaume des Pays-Bas. Il y a d&#233;but&#233; comme mentor aupr&#232;s des adolescent&#183;es avant de devenir facilitateur scolaire.</p><p>Fort de son engagement, Florent a &#233;t&#233; &#233;lu Maire des jeunes de Copargo et repr&#233;sente la jeunesse aupr&#232;s de l&#8217;Observatoire Communal pour l&#8217;&#201;ducation (OCE-Copargo). Il est &#233;galement membre du club Jeunes Amour et Vie, o&#249; il poursuit son action en faveur de l&#8217;autonomisation des jeunes.</p><p>Il d&#233;veloppe actuellement une approche multidimensionnelle du d&#233;veloppement communautaire, articul&#233;e autour de plusieurs axes, notamment la promotion de la paix et de la coh&#233;sion sociale &#224; travers l&#8217;organisation de tournois sportifs, la cr&#233;ation d&#8217;une &#233;cole de gouvernance et de gestion du pouvoir public pour former les futurs leaders, la valorisation des jeunes entrepreneurs gr&#226;ce &#224; des prix d&#8217;excellence, la mise en place de plateformes de dialogue pacifique pour la gestion des conflits, ainsi que la sensibilisation des jeunes contre l&#8217;extr&#233;misme violent par le biais de marathons citoyens.</p><p>Florent nourrit l&#8217;ambition de devenir un acteur influent du d&#233;veloppement durable, avec l&#8217;aspiration d&#8217;impliquer activement la jeunesse dans des actions concr&#232;tes pour lutter contre le sous-emploi et renforcer la participation citoyenne. bachelor&#8217;s degree in English language and currently pursuing a master&#8217;s degree (Year 1) in Gender and Social Cohesion. Her journey, marked by resilience, determination, and social commitment, reflects a constant desire to improve the living conditions of women, girls, and children in Benin.</p><p>Before pursuing a career in teaching, she worked for nine years in a construction company, where she gradually rose through the ranks to become Head of Procurement. From 2011 to 2018, she served as an English teacher in several secondary schools. Through her daily interactions with students, particularly young girls, she became aware of a troubling issue : the lack of academic ambition among many adolescent girls, who are often directed too early toward marriage at the expense of their education and autonomy. This reality became the driving force behind her social engagement.</p><p>Convinced that education is a fundamental lever for transformation, Salatou founded the NGO ALOUGUEDOO, Woman,<em> Pillar of the Home</em>, which works to promote girls&#8217; education, women&#8217;s economic empowerment, the protection of the rights of women, girls, and children, as well as environmental protection and road safety.</p><p>At the same time, she leads ZARA DESTIN, a company active in the construction and public works, public procurement, the production of improved cookstoves, and the processing of tropical products. This dual role, both associative and entrepreneurial, allows her to combine social vision with economic pragmatism in her community development initiatives.</p><p>Her personal journey has also been shaped by courageous life choices, particularly balancing professional engagement with family responsibilities. At one point, she faced a significant challenge that forced her to choose between her career and her marital life, a situation she overcame through dialogue and resilience. This experience strengthened her determination to promote peace and mediation within households.</p><p>By 2030, Salatou aims to inspire thousands of girls and women to believe in themselves, pursue their dreams, and become agents of social change. She is currently leading a citizen accountability project in the education sector, convinced that civic participation is essential for inclusive and sustainable development.</p><p>Her participation in the CSO Fellowship organized by Stake experts, is part of a broader capacity-building effort aimed at amplifying the impact of her work in conflict prevention, social cohesion, and women&#8217;s empowerment.</p><p><strong>ALOUGUEDOO NGO: For Education, Peace, and Social Inclusion</strong></p><p>Founded in 2012 and officially registered in 2015 in Djougou, in the Donga department, ALOUGUEDOO NGO is a civil society organization dedicated to improving the living conditions of girls, women, and children in Benin. The organization operates in the Donga, Borgou, Alibori, Atlantique, and Littoral departments. ALOUGUEDOO works to promote girls&#8217; education, women&#8217;s economic empowerment, and social cohesion in response to challenges such as low school enrollment, early marriages, and domestic violence. Its vision is to build peaceful communities where family harmony, social cohesion, and stability prevail, through mediation, awareness-raising, and inclusion practices. The organization&#8217;s  initiatives target young girls, women, community leaders, and local authorities and have already led to lasting reconciliations within households experiencing conflict. ALOUGUEDOO adopts a participatory and educational approach, particularly through the use of illustrated dialogue tools (&#8220;image boxes&#8221;), which  foster sustainable awareness and behavioral change. Despite sociocultural resistance, the organization continues its mission with  determination. titulaire d&#8217;une Licence en Langue Anglaise et actuellement en Master 1 en Genre et Coh&#233;sion Sociale. Son parcours, marqu&#233; par la r&#233;silience, la d&#233;termination et l&#8217;engagement social, illustre une volont&#233; constante de contribuer &#224; l&#8217;am&#233;lioration des conditions de vie des femmes, des filles et des enfants au B&#233;nin.</p><p>Avant d&#8217;embrasser la carri&#232;re de l&#8217;enseignement, elle a travaill&#233; pendant neuf ans dans une entreprise de construction, o&#249; elle a gravi progressivement les &#233;chelons jusqu&#8217;au poste de cheffe d&#8217;approvisionnement. De 2011 &#224; 2018, elle a exerc&#233; comme professeure d&#8217;anglais dans plusieurs coll&#232;ges. C&#8217;est au contact quotidien des &#233;l&#232;ves, notamment des jeunes filles, qu&#8217;elle prend conscience d&#8217;un ph&#233;nom&#232;ne pr&#233;occupant : le manque d&#8217;ambition scolaire chez de nombreuses adolescentes, souvent orient&#233;es trop t&#244;t vers le mariage au d&#233;triment de leur &#233;ducation et de leur autonomie. Cette r&#233;alit&#233; devient le moteur de son engagement social.</p><p>Convaincue que l&#8217;&#233;ducation est un levier fondamental de transformation, Salatou fonde l&#8217;ONG ALOUGUEDOO &#8211; Femme, Pilier du Foyer, qui &#339;uvre pour l&#8217;&#233;ducation des jeunes filles, l&#8217;autonomisation &#233;conomique des femmes, la d&#233;fense des droits des femmes, des filles et des enfants, ainsi que dans les domaines de l&#8217;environnement et de la s&#233;curit&#233; routi&#232;re.</p><p>En parall&#232;le, elle dirige l&#8217;&#233;tablissement ZARA DESTIN, une entreprise active dans le BTP, les march&#233;s publics, la fabrication de foyers am&#233;lior&#233;s et la transformation des produits tropicaux. Cette double casquette &#8211; associative et entrepreneuriale &#8211; lui permet d&#8217;allier vision sociale et pragmatisme &#233;conomique dans ses actions de d&#233;veloppement communautaire.</p><p>Son parcours personnel est &#233;galement marqu&#233; par des choix de vie courageux, notamment celui de concilier l&#8217;engagement professionnel et l&#8217;&#233;quilibre familial. Une &#233;preuve marquante l&#8217;a conduite &#224; choisir entre sa carri&#232;re et sa vie conjugale, qu&#8217;elle a surmont&#233;e gr&#226;ce au dialogue et &#224; sa r&#233;silience. Cette exp&#233;rience renforce sa d&#233;termination &#224; promouvoir la paix et la m&#233;diation au sein des foyers.</p><p>Salatou nourrit l&#8217;ambition d&#8217;inspirer, d&#8217;ici 2030, des milliers de filles et de femmes &#224; croire en elles-m&#234;mes, &#224; poursuivre leurs r&#234;ves et &#224; s&#8217;imposer comme actrices du changement social. Dans cette position de gestionnaire de projet de d&#233;veloppement communautaire, j&#8217;ai toujours pilot&#233; avec succ&#232;s la coordination de projets/programmes avec des &#233;quipes pluridisciplinaires et dans des domaines vari&#233;s (agro&#233;cologie, gestion int&#233;gr&#233;e des ressources en eau, gouvernance locale et participation citoyenne, etc.).</p><p><em><strong>Comment avez-vous choisi ce m&#233;tier ou ce domaine ? Qu'est-ce qui vous motive ?</strong></em></p><p>Le choix de ce m&#233;tier r&#233;sulte de plusieurs facteurs et motivations, notamment : i) forte envie d&#8217;accompagner les communaut&#233;s et personnes vuln&#233;rables &#224; sortir de leur situation &#224; travers la co-construction d&#8217;initiatives r&#233;silientes les mieux adapt&#233;es au contexte d&#8217;intervention ; ii) r&#233;ponse &#224; un besoin d&#8217;emploi tout en restant utile &#224; ma communaut&#233; ; iii) apprentissage continu des outils de planification, suivi-&#233;valuation, redevabilit&#233; et apprentissage.</p><p><em><strong>Quelles ont &#233;t&#233; vos r&#233;alisations majeures ou contributions significatives dans ces diff&#233;rents r&#244;les ?</strong></em></p><p>Au cours de ces derni&#232;res ann&#233;es, j&#8217;ai pu impacter pr&#232;s de 1 300 femmes transformatrices de produits locaux (communes de Boukomb&#233;, Cobly et Tangui&#233;ta) de l&#8217;Association Tikonna, r&#233;parties dans 89 groupements, en renfor&#231;ant le chiffre d&#8217;affaires de leurs activit&#233;s g&#233;n&#233;ratrices de revenus autour des cha&#238;nes de valeur fonio, riz, karit&#233;, miel (augmentation de 11 % de 2022 &#224; 2024), et mettre en place des unit&#233;s de transformation professionnelles et r&#233;silientes dans les cha&#238;nes de valeur fonio, riz, karit&#233;, miel. Qu'est-ce qui vous motive ?</strong></em></p><p>Mon int&#233;r&#234;t pour la pr&#233;vention des conflits et la m&#233;diation est n&#233; d&#8217;un profond d&#233;sir de contribuer &#224; la stabilit&#233; et &#224; la coh&#233;sion sociale dans mon pays et en Afrique. </p><div class="pullquote"><p>En tant que juriste, j&#8217;ai tr&#232;s vite compris que la justice seule ne suffit pas &#224; pr&#233;venir les violences : il faut des outils de dialogue, de concertation, et surtout des acteurs cr&#233;dibles pour les porter. </p></div><p>Ce qui me motive aujourd&#8217;hui, c&#8217;est de voir des jeunes devenir eux-m&#234;mes des vecteurs de paix, capables de transformer leur environnement par l&#8217;&#233;coute et l&#8217;action.</p><p><em><strong>Quelles ont &#233;t&#233; vos r&#233;alisations majeures ou contributions significatives dans ces diff&#233;rents r&#244;les ?</strong></em></p><p>Parmi mes contributions majeures, je peux citer : la conception et l&#8217;animation de plusieurs ateliers de formation sur la gestion et la transformation des conflits, destin&#233;s &#224; des jeunes et des OSC au B&#233;nin ; mon admission et ma participation active au r&#233;seau WiseYouth de l&#8217;Union Africaine, notamment &#224; des dialogues r&#233;gionaux sur la paix et la s&#233;curit&#233;, ainsi qu&#8217;&#224; des missions d&#8217;observation &#233;lectorale ; enfin, la coordination de projets innovants au sein de RAMP-BENIN, ax&#233;s sur la paix, l&#8217;engagement citoyen et la lutte contre l&#8217;extr&#233;misme violent.</p><p><em><strong>Quelles sont les valeurs ou principes directeurs qui vous animent professionnellement et/ou personnellement ?</strong></em></p><p>L&#8217;int&#233;grit&#233;, l&#8217;&#233;coute active, le respect de la dignit&#233; humaine, la rigueur, et l&#8217;inclusion, notamment des jeunes et des femmes dans les processus d&#233;cisionnels.</p><p><em><strong>Quels sont les mentors ou les figures d'inspiration qui vous ont influenc&#233; dans votre parcours ? Pourquoi ?</strong></em></p><p>Je suis inspir&#233; par des figures africaines comme Kofi Annan, pour son leadership en mati&#232;re de diplomatie et de paix. Sur le plan personnel, j&#8217;ai eu la chance d&#8217;&#234;tre encadr&#233; par le Pr&#233;sident du RAMP-BENIN et par plusieurs sages de l&#8217;Union Africaine qui m&#8217;ont fait confiance et m&#8217;ont permis d&#8217;explorer pleinement mon potentiel.</p><p><em><strong>Racontez-nous une anecdote marquante qui a durablement impact&#233; votre parcours professionnel et vos choix de vie.</strong></em></p><p>Je parlerais ici de ma s&#233;lection parmi les 20 jeunes du r&#233;seau WiseYouth de l&#8217;Union Africaine, t&#233;moignant ainsi du fruit de mon combat quotidien. En effet, les membres de ce r&#233;seau ont &#233;t&#233; s&#233;lectionn&#233;s apr&#232;s un appel &#224; candidatures &#224; travers toute l&#8217;Afrique, avec plus de 2 000 postulants. gestionnaire de projets b&#233;ninois fort de 17 ann&#233;es d&#8217;exp&#233;rience professionnelle, principalement dans les domaines de la gouvernance locale, de la gestion int&#233;gr&#233;e des ressources en eau, de la s&#233;curit&#233; alimentaire et nutritionnelle, de la coh&#233;sion sociale, ainsi que de l&#8217;autonomisation des femmes, des jeunes filles et des groupes marginalis&#233;s. Il est membre de la premi&#232;re cohorte du programme d&#8217;&#233;change professionnel mis en place par Stake experts.</p><p>Depuis 2022, Ifonti M&#8217;Po assure la fonction de Charg&#233; de programme au sein de l&#8217;Association des groupements de femmes Tikonna de Boukomb&#233;, une organisation f&#233;minine active dans le nord-ouest du B&#233;nin. Il pilote plusieurs projets d&#8217;envergure, notamment Tiw&#603;&#771;nna&#8800;AgirAvecElles, un programme ax&#233; sur le leadership f&#233;minin et la participation des groupes exclus dans les communes de Boukomb&#233; et Cobly ; le d&#233;veloppement des cha&#238;nes de valeur agricoles autour du fonio, du riz, du soja et du karit&#233; ; et le programme Feed Good (2022&#8211;2026) qui vise &#224; renforcer la durabilit&#233; des syst&#232;mes alimentaires et la protection de l&#8217;environnement.</p><p>Son parcours professionnel est marqu&#233; par une solide implication dans des initiatives touchant &#224; la planification participative, &#224; la redevabilit&#233; sociale, &#224; l&#8217;animation de dialogues communautaires, ainsi qu&#8217;&#224; la mise en &#339;uvre de projets multisectoriels dans les d&#233;partements de l&#8217;Atacora et de la Donga. Il a notamment travaill&#233; avec plusieurs organisations nationales et internationales, telles que Jura Afrique B&#233;nin, le Partenariat National de l&#8217;Eau du B&#233;nin, Social Watch B&#233;nin et Plan International. &#192; travers ses fonctions, il a r&#233;guli&#232;rement assur&#233; la coordination d&#8217;&#233;quipes locales, la production de rapports techniques et financiers, ainsi que l&#8217;accompagnement des communaut&#233;s dans la mise en &#339;uvre de solutions inclusives et durables.</p><p>Titulaire d&#8217;un Master en Sciences et &#201;conomie des Changements Climatiques obtenu &#224; Ouagadougou, et d&#8217;un dipl&#244;me d&#8217;ing&#233;nieur en g&#233;nie de l&#8217;environnement de l&#8217;&#201;cole Polytechnique d&#8217;Abomey-Calavi, Ifonti M&#8217;Po allie expertise technique et sens aigu de l'engagement communautaire. Il poss&#232;de une excellente ma&#238;trise du fran&#231;ais, une connaissance op&#233;rationnelle de plusieurs langues locales du nord du B&#233;nin, ainsi que des comp&#233;tences techniques en cartographie, en m&#233;thodes participatives et en traitement de donn&#233;es.</p><p>Sa participation au programme d&#8217;&#233;change professionnel de Stake experts s&#8217;inscrit dans une world abruptly changed for many grassroots associations and civil society organizations (CSOs) working on conflict mitigation. In coastal West Africa and the Sahel, this translated into intensified institutional stress for CSOs, many of whom were unprepared to face a sudden need for new strategic partners.</p><p>Stake experts have operated in the region's CSO-led conflict mitigation space for over 5 years. While being a for-profit organization, we formed strong bonds with like-minded CSO leaders and impressive professionals as we strived to support them through research-grounded and evidence-based conflict mitigation in countries like Benin, Togo, and Burkina Faso. Thus, we organically coalesced in a community of West African CSO-led conflict mitigation practitioners.
